General stuff..

Well, after Michaels post about my position the other day we played around with my cleat position today and tried to get my right leg to track straight - not much progress to speak of but I ended up moving my cleats a few mm forward so will see how that feels on the road..(That is if I get back there with this weather)

We had planned a road ride this morning but I got an SMS from Michael at 6.30am saying he was hiding under a tree in Fishhoek in the pitch black waiting for the rain to ease up..

It really was a foul morning so I was fairly happy to stay at home and get some work done. I ended up doing a CT session this afternoon and worked on position etc.

The tour is looking interesting, a great stage win from the Pom, Mark Cavendish today - he was well clear and pulling away from all the fast men of the tour - if he can hold it together over the mountains then maybe a grenn jersey contender..

Some serious power from the classics boys in the TT yesterday - Schumacher is a hilly classics specialist and so is Kirchen so an interesting result in favour of the all rounders, and a bit of a wake up for Cancellara I would think.
