Hey Mike - thanks, I was actually pretty pleased ot be there and helping Paul right through to the finish - first race this season that I have managed that..
Now I am focused to train hard for Spring as the power is beginning to come back.

Hey I'm just happy to see what my coach looks like full stop. I'm sooooo isolated down here in Oz.:) Of course it is even better to see the coach in pain as well. Sorry Peter.:)
