They suggest having this done once a year to help prevent failures.

A service includes the following:

4 new bearings

4 new o rings to protect against water and dirt

1 new red seal used around the cassette body

2 new hub batteries

A recalibration of the power meter to insure the power readings are correct.

Cost of all this is from R750.00 excluding having the wheel sent to them, they can arrange with couriers to collect and drop the wheel off should there be a need, pricing on this is normally R150 each way.
