Online Training plans
| These plans are designed by our expert coaches, with specific events or goals in mind. They will provide the athlete with a structured and progressive plan consisting of workouts specifically designed to improve performance for the event or area of focus. The plans are either power or heart rate based so be sure to select the correct one for you.
Included in the price is an e-mail or phone consultation (athlete initiated) with one of our coaches to help get you started and to answer any questions.
Instructions 1. Select your plan and purchase on this website 2. You will then receive an e-mail with a code for your plan 3. Click on the link in your mail 4. Select your chosen plan again 5. Enter your code in the “Promo code” box 6. Click to update promo price 7. Create your new Training Peaks account or log in using your existing account details 8. Choose a start start date for your plan 9. Accept the waiver 10. Your plan will then be downloaded to your new account 11. Set your new TP account to mail you your workout on a daily basis (Under Preferences & My account) 12. Start training ! NB PLEASE remember to cancel your full subscription within 7 days and revert to the free service if you do not require the full service |
